As I previously noted, we have a Senior Specialist position open in Community Rights &  Responsibilities in the Dean of Students Office at Illinois State University. The position specifics are below. Job Summary/Responsibilities: The Senior Specialist serves as a student conduct case manager for issues of academic and social misconduct at Illinois State University, and assists in the development and delivery of conflict resolution services for the University community. The Senior Specialist will work directly with students, with hearing boards, and with graduate and undergraduate students in the delivery of programs and services.

Required Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in college student personnel, counseling, higher education, higher education administration, student affairs administration, conflict resolution, or a related field. Transcript (maybe unofficial) is required.

2. Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience with a student disciplinary system.
